Today, I was talking to a friend and its interesting how life has a funny way of throwing unexpected challenges and scenarios our way, right? Sometimes, these experiences leave a mark on our hearts and minds, creating emotional blockages that hold us back from living our best lives.

Whether it’s past trauma, lingering emotions, or fears that seem to weigh us down, self doubt and self sabotage ,we all carry our own baggage. . On my own personal journey, I stumbled upon something pretty incredible that I just had to share with you. QHHT is like a deep dive into the parts of ourselves we may not always see or understand. Through this amazing healing modality, the practitioner helps you tap into your subconscious mind to uncover the roots of your struggles.

Listening to Your Inner Voice

A note on how the subconscious mind works

Thoughts coming from the subconscious mind are coming from a part of the brain that bypasses the ‘filter’ of the conscious mind (the logical side that likes to ‘analyse’ data), so when I ask you any questions I would like you to tell me the FIRST thing that comes to your mind. This is your intuition speaking to you. The conscious mind (ego) will often inject doubt and suggest that you are just “making this up”.
My best advice is to always tell me what is coming through as it comes. Don’t think about it or question it, trust in the process so the information can flow and this will keep you in the creative/intuitive/right side of the brain that brings the images to your mind for you to ‘see’, imagine, feel or sense.

The process I have described above is how one accesses they’re intuitive knowing. We must learn to always have trust in our intuition as it will guide you through your life ,sadly we have been programmed not to believe or trust in it.
