It’s been life changing for me
“I stumbled upon Ally’s sound baths a few months back and I can honestly say it’s been life changing for me. She is the brightest most beautiful soul and she instantly makes you feel welcome as if you’ve know her for years. She is so welcoming and caring and just oozes good vibes and has an infectious energy. The venue is beautiful and every detail is just perfect. you can’t help but feel more relaxed in the space and the journey she takes you on is just magical.
I’ve also just had a day with Ally doing QHHT and what an amazing day it was! I felt completely comfortable and relaxed during the experience, it was like talking to an old friend. The transformation I’ve experience since is still sinking in. I wasn’t sure what to expect but after just one day with Ally I have felt lighter, been able to break old habits that weren’t serving me and I am in a totally different head space with a new mindset and outlook on life. I’ve tried many different therapies over the years and I can honestly say that one day with Ally has done so much more for me on a deeper level and I have been able to let go of things I previously couldn’t. I feel more balanced than I have ever felt and I would say it has been transformational for me.
She really is an angel with an enormous heart and gift to anyone who meets her. Thank you again Ally. see you at the next sound bath”

“I saw Ally @ Future Aesthetika for QHHT after experiencing 2 previous moon gong meditation baths , she intuitively could see I needed deeper help and told me about QHHT therapy. After I researched it , I came back to Ally & booked up,she followed up with her pre visit guidance which made me feel at complete ease. “I has an amazing experience with Ally and Carmen at their first soundbath.. It was one of the most profoundly calming experiences I have ever had. The room and atmosphere was serene. The session began with us relaxing on the beds provided. The crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes all delivered a unique experience.
The guided mediation really sent me to a higher state of relaxation. As I had just come out of hospital, after an operation, I am sure that this sound bath contributed to my speedy healing. We finished with tea and sweet delights. It was such an ethereal journey. Thank you so much.”

“This experience was exactly what I needed. With this experience, I had to be bold to open up and receive the known and dive into the unknown. And that’s what made it all so exciting.
Ally was so supportive, patient and understanding and funny. I could tell she is very passionate about QHHT and how it could help others. Plussss, her place is divine – clean and comfortable, smelt amazing, it made me feel at home!
Even after the session was over, that’s when the beauty continued happening. I could feel myself open up, feeling immense love and positivity.
